Fool’s Paradise 2017 Solidifies as a Gem Among Music Festivals with Lettuce, The Main Squeeze
St. Augustine is known for being the nation’s oldest city, having been founded by the Spanish in 1565, but is quickly gaining a reputation for having one of the funkiest festivals around. Lettuce and company hosted the 2nd annual Fool’s Paradise this past weekend in the historic town of St. Augustine. Last year the festival proved to be a welcoming place for funky collaborations, tons of dancing and getting to meet lots of artists; this year was all that and more. Purple Hatter’s Ball Announces Second Round of Artists with Dumpstaphunk and Zoogma
The Purple Hatter's Ball has beefed up their 2017 lineup with artist additions including Dumpstaphunk, Zoogma, NickFRESH, POST.MODEM, Booty Boo, Jeff Randall, and Ion Zide joining the group of live musicians set to perform this upcoming June 2-4. The festival will be held at the Spirit of Shawnee Music Park in Live Oak, Florida. This special three-day music festival benefits The Rachel Morningstar Foundation (a non-profit 501c3 organization) in honor of longtime SOSMP friend and music festival lover Rachel Morningstar Hoffman. Eagles and Fleetwood Mac set to Headline The Classic West and The Classic East
Live Nation has teamed up with Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles and Citi Field in New York to provide stages to highlight the beauty within classic rock music. The Classic East and The Classic West will host two nights of live music in each city with original lineups each day. Fleetwood Mac and the Eagles will headline the two events taking place July 15 & 16 and in New York on July 29 & 30. Cage the Elephant is heading into new territory with an upcoming acoustic tour. The group has delivered high energy rock performances for several years, but this will mark their first time touring with acoustic music. The String Cheese Incident, an alternative rock group from Colorado, is hitting the road heavy in 2017 with festival performances, as well as a three night run at Red Rocks Amphitheatre from July 21-23.
