The Trump Administration has Avoided Putting Tariffs on the Fossil Fuel Industry On Monday, the Trump Administration has opted to place tariffs on imports for solar panels and washing machines. This new tax would be a 30 percent increase on costs for solar panels coming into the United States. This move was extremely selective and damaging to the renewable energy sector. If he wanted to place tariffs on fossil fuels, as well as renewable energy, I wouldn't have as much as a problem with the administration's decision. That being said, it appears he is playing favoritism to the oil and

The Key to Success with Content Marketing is Distribution In 2018 a surge of companies are merging with the Web to engage audiences that primarily use smartphones to find news, data, products and services. Along with the influx of new users to online platforms, many marketing and advertising companies are looking to capture the attention of these users with effective forms of digital media. Currently, there are several different platforms to engage potential customers online. One of the biggest differences that I find within different companies is their investment in distribution. Are You Sick of One-Sided News Reporting? The federal government on Friday was unable to come to an agreement on the budget, and forced a temporary shutdown. Both Republicans and Democrats have noted that they will work over the weekend to reach an agreement. We have went through both sides of this political argument, and have produced a breakdown of each point of view to provide a well-balanced article on this subject. In 2013, the federal government was shutdown for 16 days. The only way for our country to make progress is by stop blaming one another for problems, and

Algorithms and Ranking News Based On Popularity Is Not Healthy for Consumers Facebook announced today their plans to change the ranking of news stories to prioritize them based on trustworthy value of the publisher. As a journalist that works hard on providing accurate news on the Web, I can see from a distance the problems and issues that will take place with this new concept.
