The Standing Rock Sioux Tribe has picked up support in federal court following a ruling last Wednesday by Federal Judge James Boasberg. Boasberg has been reviewing materials behind Energy Transfer Partners, and has ruled in favor of looking at additional regulation for the Dakota Access Pipeline. TheStreet's coverage on Energy Transfer shows that the company behind the Dakota Access Pipeline 'has spilled hazardous liquids near water crossings more than twice as frequently as any other pipeline company in the country this decade.' Farm Aid 2017 has announced their acoustic driven lineup featuring Willie Nelson, Neil Young, John Mellencamp and Dave Matthews. The all day music event known as Farm Aid 2017 will be at the KeyBank Pavilion in Burgettstown, PA on September 16. The Sundance Institute have recently announced eight projects that they plan to work on and develop with their documentary labs this year. Additionally, the festival announced that this year attendance grew to an all-time high of at least 71,600 attendees.
