This festival is an expansion for Sundance Next, and continues to create new boundaries for filmmakers to push and bend. Last year, the festival opened with a Napoleon Dynamite screening at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery. In 2015, the event returns to the Ace Hotel in downtown Los Angeles.
