The Oscars just announced their nominations for the 2017 ceremony. The 89th Academy Awards ceremony is presented by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS). President Trump just signed paperwork to reopen negotiations for the Dakota Access Pipeline.
