Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival 2017 Hosts Superjam
Okeechobee Music and Arts Festival is almost a week away, and the festival has announced the PoWow! Superjam lineup, as well as vendors for the 2017 event. The 2017 PoWow! will take place on Saturday, March 4 at the Here Stage from 10:15 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. and will feature: legendary singer/songwriter Michael McDonald, R&B heavyweight Gallant, the world famous GRiZ, funk masters Vulfpeck, incendiary guitarist Eric Krasno (Lettuce/Soulive), American R&B singer Antwaun Stanley, the horn section from Snarky Puppy and many more special guests. Shaky Beats Returns to Atlanta with The Chainsmokers, GRiZ and Gramatik
The Shaky Beats Music Festival will be held at Centennial Olympic Park on May 5-7, 2017. The venue is located just outside of Atlanta, and will host The Chainsmokers, Kaskade, Griz, Flosstradamus and over 40 live acts on three stages. Additional acts include: RL Grime, Gramatik, Girl Talk, Claude VonStroke, Snails, Lost Kings, Haywyre, Ganja White Night, and many other electric musical acts. This music festival will focus on electric music, and provide nearby hotels, but no camping will be available. The festival does offer world class entertainment in the heart of Atlanta. GRiZ Releases European Tour Dates and Hosts 12 Days of GRiZMAS
GRiZ, Detroit-based electronic musician, has recently announced his 12 Days of GRiZMAS. This interactive project helps build memories between fans, creates ways to give back, in addition to helping benefit GRiZ's efforts with Little Kids Rock & The City of Detroit. All of the proceeds for 12 Days of GRiZMAS will goto Little Kids Rock. In addition, GRiZ has also released the first round of 2017 tour dates with shows in Europe. Lollapalooza Returns to Brazil, Chile and Argentina with Metallica and +50 Live Acts
Lollapalooza South America has just announced their music lineups for 2016. This year the international festival will host a collection of over 50 live acts in three different countries. Metallica, The Weeknd, The Strokes, Flume, The XX, The Chainsmokers, Two Door Cinema Club, Rancid, Duran Duran, MØ, The 1975, Tove Lo, Vance Joy, G-Eazy, Marshmello, GRiZ, Cage the Elephant, and Glass Animals will be performing during all three weekends.
