NextVR is currently providing a live stream of Third Eye Blind performing in virtual reality from Boston at the Blue Hills Bank Pavilion. Gear VR with the latest Samsung smartphones can transport viewers to different locations and venues. Recently, NextVR provided a live stream of Imagine Dragons. In comparison to standard YouTube 360 videos of concerts and live events, NextVR provides a live stream. YouTube does occasionally have live streams in 360 degrees as well. Live Nation is launching Festival Passport, a universal ticket for $799 that works at almost all of the Live Nation major festivals, with 1,000 tickets going on sale May 22 at 10:00 a.m. PST.
