Stories Come to Life in the Mountains of Utah for Sundance 2018 The official film lineup has been released for the Sundance Film Festival. Aside for the sequel to Super Size Me 2 being pulled from the lineup, the selection committee did a fair job. Overall, I don't see why overrated films like that get picked; while a film I submitted that showcased a special moment of the 2017 solar eclipse gets passed over. Sundance Institute Announced the Film Slate for NEXT FEST 2017

The Sundance Institute recently announced the lineup of entertainment scheduled for NEXT FEST 2017. This year marks the fifth annual festival in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. It will take place August 10-13 at The Theatre at Ace Hotel. Indie film and music will crossover during this creative three-day event. The Sundance Film Festival has recently announced four additional films set to screen for the 2017 event in Utah from January 19-29. Sundance announced the following films to debut: Bending the Arc and Long Strange Trip. Two from the vault include: Desert Hearts and Reservoir Dogs. Out of these four projects, Reservoir Dogs, is one film I don't find necessary screening at Sundance. With the amount of anti-gun films set to debut this year, it is my personal view that screening that violent film is in bad taste.
