2017 MTV Video Music Awards will Broadcast Live from Inglewood, California on Sunday, August 27

MTV will host their 34th annual Video Music Awards from Forum in Inglewood, California on Sunday, August 27 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT. The award ceremony will showcase the hottest talented within the music industry in Southern California. E! online reported: 'Last year's MTV Video Music Awards drew 6.5 million viewers, down 34 percent from 9.8 million for 2015's L.A.-based show. It was simulcast on 11 cable networks owned by MTV's parent company Viacom, including CMT, Comedy Central, Logo, MTV2, Spike, TV Land and Vh1.'
