Australian producer and musician, Flume, has just released a new music video featuring Tove Lo for 'Say It' from his album Skin. These two artists share a passion for electronic music. The latest video is directed by NEZ, and is a futuristic visual piece to layer with the contemporary audio from 'Say It.' An EP of all new material recorded during the Skin sessions, entitled Skin Companion EP I, will be released November 25 on vinyl via indie retailers nationwide, and is available for pre-order now. ACL Fest 2016 and Red Bull have announced the live streaming schedule for the event this weekend. Browse over the schedule to map out live sets. Austin is in central time. New Orleans funk is knocking on the door to Beats Antique, and the Oakland trio is ready to open the door and 'Let It All Go' with the Preservation Hall Jazz Band. When musical acts have joined forces with the Preservation Hall Jazz Band I have seen mixed reactions, but with the latest collaboration between both bands, I sincerely hope they get to share the stage together at Voodoo Fest in New Orleans at the end of October. TAUK Releases Sir Nebula with Extensive Fall Tour
TAUK, a New York-based quartet, has recently released their latest album Sir Nebula via 1320 Records. To celebrate the release, the band performed a two night stand at the Brooklyn Bowl. Their fall tour continues with festival appearances at: Catskill Chill Music Festival, Hangtown Music Fest, and several concerts in theaters, music halls and venues across the United States. Sir Nebula expands upon the band's sound from their first two albums, and shines light to influence from their touring with Umphrey's McGee. Eric Krasno Band has launched a national tour with a performance at New York City's Central Park SummerStage with Vulfpeck sitting in on stage this past Thursday. The live band for this tour will feature: bassist Alex Chakour, drummer Eric Kalb, keyboardist DeShawn Alexander, rhythm guitarist Danny Mayer and backing vocalist Mary Corso. This fall Lydia Loveless and her live band will hit the road for +40 concerts featuring Tommy Stinson and Drive-By Truckers.
