"A Rising Tide Lifts All Boats" Denver Startup Week continued with an impressive day two lineup of events taking place throughout downtown Denver on Tuesday, September 25. The week long event hosts free presentations for people within the tech community to share ideas and network. Touch Of Green Grandoozy Music Festival has wrapped up two days of the inaugural event in Denver with Sturgill Simpson, Florence and the Machine, as well as The Soul Rebels performing on Saturday, September 15 at Overland Golf Course. The day started with Head for the Hills, a Fort Collins-based bluegrass group, performing on the Rock Stage. When Grandoozy first released the schedule I didn't realize they had booked three local bands from Colorado to kickoff music on the Rock Stage each day. It is an awesome idea to introduce people from around the globe to the local music talent

The Kickoff to Grandoozy Included Sweet Cow Ice Cream, Dancing on Shuttle Rides, and Thousands of Music Hungry Guests at Overland Golf Course The Grandoozy Music Festival is officially underway in Denver, Colorado. From September 14-16 guests from all over the globe will be attending the inaugural Grandoozy to experience Kendrick Lamar, Florence and the Machine, and Stevie Wonder on stage. An estimated 30,000 - 40,000 guests were on hand Friday evening. After covering large-scale festivals for close to a decade, I can gauge and estimate the crowd based on size. A Taste of Colorado 2018 Presented Over 50 Restaurants and Food Trucks Denver hosted their 35th installment of the music and food festival on September 1-3 known as A Taste of Colorado. An estimated crowd of 500,000 people were in attendance this past weekend. REO Speedwagon, George Thorogood, and additional acts performed classic rock music on Friday evening. Mitchell Tenpenny, David Nail, and Leann Rimes brought out the country on Saturday. Alternative and pop-rock was on stage Sunday with Smash Mouth, Sugar Ray, Everclear, and Soul Asylum. Dominic Lalli Joined the Party to Release New Music at Red Rocks Gramatik delivered one of the best sets from the 2018 concert schedule at Red Rocks Amphitheatre on Saturday, September 1. Gryffin, Haywyre & Ramzoid waxed the stage with electronic dance music before the gigantic Gramatik set. Before the concert, my friend Jessica noted that Gramatik had performed a three hour set at Red Rocks. I was stunned and shocked. Most average shows last an hour and a half. I've talked with booking teams in the past, and they noted that people start to tune out after 90 minutes. That

Heat-Seeking Partygoers Raise a Glass to the Thriving Live Music Scene in Denver On Friday, August 24 guests packed into Global Hall off 45th street in downtown Denver for a collection of live music on stage featuring Strings and The Box headlining the event. The Notecrackers, and Kenny Lee with The Young Souls opened the show. Global Hall can hold up to 250-270 guests at a time. It has a fun backyard area that creates an Austin city atmosphere.
