Suwannee Music Park opens to record crowd on Thursday Jack Skellington, himself, could not have planned Hulaween any better. This year marks the 3rd annual Suwannee Hulaween. Over 21,000 people flocked to North Florida’s Spirit Of The Suwannee Music Park over Halloween weekend to celebrate Hulaween. Showing up fashionably late to a party is never a bad idea; unless EOTO, Dumpstaphunk, & Joe Russo’s Almost Dead is playing the pre-party.
