Galactic, Umphreys McGee + More Acts to Be Announced The LOCKN Music Festival has just released their live acts for 2016 with Phish, My Morning Jacket and Ween headlining the event. This year the festival will be on August 25-28, and take place at Oak Ridge Farm, in Arrington, Virginia. After hosting live performance with Widespread Panic, The String Cheese Incident, jam sessions with members from the Grateful Dead, and several sets of epic live music, the LOCKN Festival has now announced that Phish, My Morning Jacket, Ween will be making their festival debut.
