The Farmer's Almanac Predicts That the Los Angeles Area Will Experience Rain in January 2018 The California Wildfires have now become the largest in the state's history. One of the few elements that will heavily decrease these wildfires is rainfall. According to the Farmer's Almanac online, they are predicting that rainfall will take place in Southern California during the first week of January. In addition, they also note that rain will occur during the last two weeks. The Farmer's Almanac reports accurate data 80% of the time.
