Google has been working on delivering Web articles to consumers at a faster rate with their Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP) program. The Washington Post has recently published a case study on their interaction with AMP. They note that the platform has built a stronger and larger audience, as well as delivering content at a faster speed. “We have seen load times average 400 milliseconds, an 88% improvement over our traditional mobile website. The recent developments with the Zika Virus has put North and South Carolina in a tough spot. These two states connect with Florida, and have been releasing a chemical called Naled to combat mosquitos in their area.
