Mad Decent Block Party 2017 hosts Diplo, Flosstradamus, Major Lazer and more TBA
Diplo is returning for a tenth year with the Mad Decent Block Party to Philadelphia and outside of Denver at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Tickets for these events will go on sale today June 15 at 10:00 a.m. His management team noted that proceeds from the Philadelphia ticket sales will benefit a local charity Beyond The Bars. Diplo will headline July 7 in the block party’s hometown, Philadelphia, with Flosstradamus, 4B, Nadastrom, Swizzymack, Matt Ox and more to be announced. Ireland-born Imelda May recently ended an 18 year marriage. She took the heartache from her separation, and made beautiful art with it on her recent album Life, Love, Flesh, Blood. The album was produced by T Bone Burnett, and was recorded at Village Studios in Los Angeles. May had help from the same backing band that worked on Robert Plant and Alison Krauss’ Raising Sand.
