Hangout Fest Weather Forecast Hangout Music Festival 2016 is taking place this week in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Over the past four years, we have provided coverage on the festival. This year we are planning ahead to work with the weather over the four day event. Many local residents note that the weather changes faster than normal in the Gulf Coast region.
