In comparison, to the all-time high of 979.45 per Bitcoin. The digital currency has continued to have a positive trend during 2016. One of the strong driving points to the increase in demand may be the instability of the major currencies around the globe. Twenty sixteen has been a year for the record books regarding a large variety of topics. First, we want to thank everyone for taking the time to review our coverage that connects audiences all over the globe with news covering music, film, technology and additional industries during 2016. It was exciting to bring on two new multimedia producers with Lindsey Tucker and Samantha Harvey joining the team. They helped add content for festivals in Florida and Colorado. The Summer Camp Music Festival has just announced their first round of artists for the 2017 event taking place on May 26-28 at Three Sisters Park in Chillicothe, Illinois. Debut performances in the first round include: Run the Jewels, Mike Gordon, the Claypool Lennon Delirium, Eric Krasno Band, Ganja White Night and many others. The Bonnaroo Music Festival is releasing their 2017 RooClues on social media. So far, the festival has indirectly announced two bands that will be on the bill. Victor Wooten Trio Adds Tour Dates to 2017
The Victor Wooten Trio, made up of Victor Wooten on bass, sax player Bob Franceschini and drummer Dennis Chambers, will set out on a winter/spring tour in early 2017. The tour will open up with a six night residency at The Blue Note in New York City from January 17 - 22. A special two night, two show run will take place in Minneapolis on March 9 & 10.
