The Standing Rock Sioux Tribe has picked up support in federal court following a ruling last Wednesday by Federal Judge James Boasberg. Boasberg has been reviewing materials behind Energy Transfer Partners, and has ruled in favor of looking at additional regulation for the Dakota Access Pipeline.
