In the fourth episode of Silicon Valley Richard signs several documents with a new lawyer played by Ben Feldman. The show brings up incorporating the business in Delaware. YouTube and Google continue to Expand and Update YouTube TV

YouTube TV has recently added new channels to their lineup including: AMC_TV, BBCAMERICA, IFC, SundanceTV & WEtv are now on YouTube TV. Currently, YouTube is providing the service in New York, Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, Chicago, and Philadelphia. They have yet to report on additional cities.
