Since 2003, the Summer Camp Music Festival in Chillicothe, Illinois has held late night performances in the Red Barn. The festival organizers have recently released the lineup for their late night performers including EOTO, Pretty Lights, The Floozies and more keeping the music going take into the night. Uber and Lyft Arrives in Carbondale, Illinois
Two of the biggest ride sharing companies, Uber and Lyft, have recently begun providing service in Carbondale, Illinois. The city of Carbondale has amended part of ordinance to allow Uber and Lyft to operate, but that amendment does not take place until April 1. This has resulted in fewer drivers on the road in March. With it being St. Patrick's Day, I hope the city would be comfortable for drivers to work on this holiday. After April 1, the two companies will have service widely available in Southern Illinois. During October 2016, Google is opening up Local Guides to encourage users to add informed, clearly written reviews to Google Maps. A Jumpstart at Fusion Boot Camp The Marion City Chamber helped celebrate a new business in the southern section of Illinois with Fusion Boot Camp. Brandy Robinson has been working with health and fitness, as well as with the local community to help raise awareness about the importance of physical health. Her latest venture, Fusion Boot Camp is open at 601 East DeYoung Street in Marion, Illinois.
