Sweetwater 420 Fest Announces Widespread Panic, Trey Anastasio Band as Headliners
The Sweetwater 420 Fest 2017 lineup continues to build with headlining performances featuring Widespread Panic and the Trey Anastasio Band. Sweetwater 420 Fest will be held at Atlanta's Centennial Olympic Park April 21-23, 2017. Additional acts that have been confirmed include: Ween, Slightly Stoopid, Dirty Heads, Trombone Shorty and the Orleans Avenue, and Dark Star Orchestra. Three Intriguing Acts at Suwannee Hulaween 2016
This year marks the fourth annual Suwannee Hulaween music festival held in Live Oak, Florida. Each year the festival hosts a wide range of music for guests to engage with during 3-4 days of camping and recreation. SXSW recently announced their first round of musical acts for the 2017 event taking place March 14-19. Musicians from various parts of the globe will travel to Austin, Texas to showcase their material for a diehard concert going audience. This year the festival has announced over 150 bands from over 20 different countries within their first round of artists. Spiritual Rez Drops New Album Setting in the West
Spiritual Rez, a Boston-based reggae-punk band, recently released Setting in the West on their own record label featuring a talented cast of musicians working behind the scenes. Setting in the West is a 10-track LP that was produced by AWOLNATION's Kenny Carkeet, and co-produced by Eve 6’s Max Collins. It features guest appearances by Duddy B of Dirty Heads, Hirie, Billy Kottage from the ska/punk group Reel Big Fish, as well as Goldfinger’s John Feldmann helping co-write 'Red Room.'
