Microsoft Aims to Utilize the TV White Space Spectrum Across Rural Areas of the United States

Microsoft has announced plans to help build the availability to high-speed Internet across rural areas of the United States. The company notes that 5 million people currently live without access to the Internet. Microsoft has plans to connect those people with Internet access over the next two years. Bloomberg Technology reported: "It certainly caused us to reflect on the fact that we had been pursuing these projects to a greater degree in rural Africa than rural America. We'd been involved in Asia and other continents more so than in our own country." - Microsoft President and Chief Legal Officer

Montreal Plans to Sustain a Complete Fleet of Electric Buses by 2025

The public transportation in Montreal, Canada has been working with a new batch of electric buses. In Montreal the public transportation system is also known as Société de transport de Montréal, or STM. In May 2017, CBC News reported that the electric buses have started to work in with other vehicles on the circulation route along the 36 Monk line; going from Angrignon Metro station to Square Victoria Metro station.
