Google and Project Sunroof recently collected data on the areas in the United States that would be the most viable to produce solar power energy. They collected data covering over 60 million buildings. This project does an excellent job of locating and connecting with the cities that can have the biggest impact against carbon emissions caused by climate change. They released the top ten cities with the highest potential for solar power production. Those cities include: Houston Los Angeles Phoenix San Antonio New York San Diego Jacksonville Oklahoma City Dallas Albuquerque Google also reported data from their nationwide research.
