Kweli Recently Added to the SXSW 2018 Lineup Talib Kweli and company hosted live performances at the Fox Theater in Boulder, Colorado on Tuesday, February 27. Niko IS and Spintelect opened the show with electronic reggae music from Jamaica. DJ Spintelect originated in Ghana, and helped keep the music going throughout the evening. NitroFest Featured International Brews Crafted with Nitrogen Left Hand Brewing hosted the fourth annual NitroFest in Longmont, Colorado on Saturday, November 11. It marked my first time covering NitroFest. Lotus performed an action-packed two hour set with a monster version of 'Tip of the Tongue' at NitroFest 2017. Sam Adams is currently hosting a month long tour of events nationwide featuring their line of Octoberfest beer selection. The festival tour stopped in downtown Denver to Larimer Square on Saturday, October 7. Oompah, Corey Harper, G. Love and the Special Sauce, as well as George Clinton and The Parliament Funkadelic performed on the outdoor stage. The festival was stocked with plenty of beverages and food to snack on. Visitors and residents within Southern Illinois in the Carbondale area are set to experience two minutes and thirty eight second of totality. The path of totality will pass through the United States with partial eclipse starting in Oregon close to 09:05 a.m. PDT. Carbondale, Illinois will have a viewing party at the Southern Illinois University football arena.
